Our journey began in May 2014 - born out of a passion for Italian cuisine combined with healthy eating. We believe the two go hand in hand. Inspired by our own travels & experiences of Italian Food we set out on a mission to bring arguably the world’s favourite cuisine into the fast-casual, quick service food industry.
